Refunds or exchanges granted on purchases up to 7 days from purchase date excluding DATE PARTY DRESSES and FORMAL DRESSES, sale items, footwear, and swimwear, which are FINAL SALE.

All tags MUST be attached and item(s) must not have been worn.

Special orders will be given an in store exchange ONLY within 7 days of item received in store. No refunds on special orders.

Original receipt MUST be presented for all transactions.

Online orders:

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
